Recruiting. A great deal of attention and resources are utilized to attract, hire and retain experienced, committed, and well-motivated employees. We screen applicants, conduct in-depth interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts with managers to make the final selection of candidates.

Employee Relations. This HR discipline involves strengthening the employer-to-employee relationship. By measuring job satisfaction, employee engagement and resolving workplace conflict, the HR department is the link between workers and management.

Compensation and Benefits. This important HR function at RHC involves assisting management in setting compensation structures and evaluating competitive pay practices through market surveys and wage analysis. RHC complies with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations, including minimum wage, overtime hours, non-exempt and exempt classification, and other elements of compensation. The HR department works with our insurance brokers to negotiate health benefits programs, coverage and rates.

Compliance. A critical HR function is compliance with labor and employment law. Our department is fully aware of federal and state employment laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and many other rules and regulations.

Employee Development. The focus of employee development is measuring, improving performance, and setting goals. The HR department assists supervisors and managers in providing the tools necessary to improve the efficiency level of RHC employees.
