Company History

Since its foundation in 1977, RHC has been committed to providing safety, quality, and productivity to oilfield construction services.

Originally started as Robert Heely Construction, Inc. and headquartered in Paso Robles, California, the company’s operations gradually expanded to serve regions throughout central and southern California. The company’s construction services also expanded from welding and mechanical work to include civil construction, drilling, abandonments, and more.

In 2006, Robert Heely Construction, Inc. became Robert Heely Construction, LP, or RHC. Since then, our team has worked hard to grow all of our operations. We now have a top-notch well abandonment team, the latest technologies such as hydro excavation, and added a concrete division.

After years of quality work and growth, RHC has become a leader in oilfield construction and maintenance. A fully integrated company, RHC now services markets throughout California and beyond.

Leadership

At RHC, we have a dedicated and experienced leadership team. Most of our team members have been with the company at least five years. Each brings their own extensive expertise to their department and to our construction projects. Their leadership provides a positive, productive and cohesive work environment, fostering a working atmosphere of cooperation and continuity, with customer focus, work quality and safety as our top priorities. As a stand out among construction companies, we use signature and proprietary techniques, which enhance productivity and delivery. We continually look for opportunities to grow within the expanding market, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology processes available in construction services.
